Can I add my company logo?
Yes you can. For an additional fee and a minimum order, we can add your company logo to the front of the Caddy in place of the Hotbox logo or on the flat section on the front of the bags. Please send us a .jpg version of your logo so we can assess and advise.

Can we add our logo to a Hotbox?
Yes, you can. For the Hotbox 1, Hotbox 2, and Hotbox 4 we can screen print your logo onto the body of the caddy. The minimum order for this is 200 pieces. For Hotbox 2 we can go a step further and embroider your logo into the fabric cover. The minimum order for this is 20 pieces. For the Flow, H3-Pro and Shuttle, we can print your logo onto the flat area on the bag. The minimum order for this is 20 pieces.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Can I fit a laptop into Hotbox 1?
Yes, but only smaller designs. The Hotbox 1's large rear compartment can comfortably hold tablets and laptops such as a Microsoft Surface Pro, but if you want to accommodate a 13- or 15-inch laptop you'll need a Hotbox 2.
Can I fit my gym kit in my Shuttle, along with everything else?
Yes, Shuttle has a separate section at the top for personal items such as a gym kit. If you're carrying a lot of items, the divider can be unzipped to provide access to the full height and depth of the backpack.
Can I fit Origin into a locker?
Yes, Hotbox Origin is designed to fit perfectly into office lockers, and has a dual-handle system to make lifting them in and out safe and easy.
Can I have products made in bespoke colours?
We currently do not offer the caddies or bags in bespoke colours. However, if you contact us with what you have in mind, we can advise viability.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Can I return my goods?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our Refunds Policy for return delivery address.

Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped by either Royal Mail, DPD, depending on the weight and destination of your order. Orders placed by noon GMT/BST will be shipped on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. Once your shipment has left our warehouse you will receive an email containing full details of how you can track the delivery of your order. Please contact us if you do not receive the tracking emails.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Return postage is payable. See our Refund Policy for further details.
Do you have a physical store where I can see products in person?
No unfortunately we do not have a retail store or sell via retail outlets at this time.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
We have discounts for volume buying Business Accounts. Please contact us for more details.
Do you ship to my country?
Hotbox ships internationally, with all orders currently being fulfilled from our warehouses based either in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands. Please contact us if you would like confirmation on shipping destinations.
How can I carry my keyboard with Hotbox 2?
Hotbox 2 can be accessorised with a keyboard holder, available in two colours. Both are designed to secure even wide keyboards safely as you move around the office, with a soft fabric to prevent scratches and bumps.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive emails with tracking details, where you can monitor the status of your order.
How can I clean the cover?
Both Hotbox 2's soft fabric case and plastic caddy shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

How can I convince my workforce to return to the office?
How individuals go about their work has changed significantly over the past few years. Employees are used to working from home and coffee shops, and balancing mobility with productivity. Many studies suggest that being agile in your work and embracing flexibility is a huge benefit, giving business owners key efficiencies and savings. If you want your workforce to return to the office, you need to ask yourself why you want them to. Remote working has its disadvantages, but simply ordering everyone back isn't necessarily the best approach. Offering employees some flexibility and providing a workspace that they can tailor to suit their needs goes a long way to making the transition easier. Flexible hours or workdays together with the right tools to stay organised and ready for work wherever you are, are becoming important factors in the return to the office. As long as your goals are aligned with their needs, they shouldn't need much convincing.
How can I leave a product review on your website?

There are no passwords with our Account setup, instead you will receive a 2FA code either by email or text which keeps your account secure.

How do I set up a reseller account with you?
Setting up a reseller account with us is very simple. All we need is some simple details about your company structure, and we're all set. Initially transactions will require up-front payment but we can soon move to a credit account once we have a little history built up.
How do I use this with a laptop for video meetings ?
The carry handle drops down to provide a space to place your laptop, propped up on either front or back edge of the caddy. This brings the laptop camera up to the correct height for video meetings. When not used for video meetings, the handle locks upright with two spring-catches on the sides.
How is Flow different from a normal laptop bag?
Hotbox Flow has been designed with organisation in mind – so, there’s a space for everything you need, and as Flow opens up when in use, everything you need is visible and accessible throughout the working day. Hotbox Flow will also stand upright on a table either full or empty – so is designed to be part of your active workspace. It’s not just a bag.
How long will it take to receive my order?

I need to get at train tickets and keys quickly. Is there a pocket for those?
You’ll find a hidden zipped pocket on the front of the Shuttle, specifically designed to hold train tickets, receipts and other small items. We even provide a lanyard stitched into the pocket to keep your keys and access cards handy.
I travel a lot. Will this protect my laptop?
Yes. Flow has a padded zipped pocket on the outside of the bag, especially for your laptop. It’s been padded to give plenty of protection, and it’s on the outside so you can access it quickly, especially handy when passing through security.
If I order Hotbox 2, what comes with it?
The Hotbox 2 caddy comes as standard with two removable pen-pots, a name tag holder/side-pull, and a phone stand which clips to the front of the caddy. We also have an optional fabric cover in a range of textiles and colours, and an adjustable shoulder strap. For further personalisation you can also add a photo frame.
If I’ve got lots of personal stuff in it. How do I get at my work things?
With the section divider zipped closed, access to the bottom section is through a zip on the side of the Shuttle. Designed to house the Tech Pouch and Tech Folio, this is the perfect space for your notebook, cables, and anything else you need for work.
If you buy our locker caddies, where do the cables go?
Cables can be a pain. That's why we've designed two products specifically to hold different kinds of cables and devices, so everyone can stay tangle free when they set up and pack up. Designed with functionality and ergonomics in mind, Tech Pouch looks after your long charging cables while the Tech Folio takes care of small devices like earbuds. Both are padded to prevent damage and will fit snugly within all our locker caddies - and look great while they do it.
Is delivery included in your pricing?
All our pricing is quoted ex-works or ex-warehouse, however we do include packing ready for transport within our pricing. Shipping is quoted separately, to your warehouse, on an order-by-order basis due to the different shipping weights and dimensions of each order. We do not include a margin on shipping.
Is Flow waterproof?
Flow is splashproof, but not fully waterproof. So while it can cope with light showers you'll need a brolly if it's chucking it down.

My locker is only 40cm / 15¾” deep. Will Hotbox 4 fit inside?
Yes, Hotbox 4 has been designed with a smaller foot-print than Hotbox 2, ensuring it fits inside even the smallest of workplace lockers.
Our staff need to carry everything they need for work with them around the office. Will everything fit inside?
The Hotbox 2 is designed to hold everything you need to work in an agile environment, and stay organised at the same time. Even if that's a 15" laptop plus files, notebooks, pens, and other stationery, you should find a space inside that's just the right size.
Some staff are here 5 days a week, others only come in for 2-3 days? How do their needs differ?
If staff are in your new agile office 5 days a week, they are unlikely to take work home with them. So you need to provide somewhere they can keep their belongings overnight, and make organising their things in the locker and at their workspace convenient and comfortable. Staff that are only in the office a couple of days a week may not need a locker, but they'll need something that helps them work wherever they are, while still staying organised in a convenient way just like their office colleagues. Think of it like this: inside the office they will carry their work things in their hands, outside it's more likely to be on their shoulder. So the product they need will probably sit in one of those two camps.
We already have lockers. Will Hotbox 2 fit inside?
Hotbox 2 is 435mm wide and 311mm tall. This will fit into most standard lockers, but if you want to be on the safe side speak to us and we can advise a solution that is a guaranteed fit for your lockers and needs.
We have a clean desk policy. Will we be able to carry our keyboards in this?
Most compact wired or wireless keyboards can fit within the Hotbox 2 caddy. If you're using a full-size keyboard we recommend adding our fabric keyboard holder, which attaches to the outside of the caddy and secures the keyboard with velcro straps.
We're converting a space to agile working - what should we be thinking about?
The first thing to consider is the working 'styles' of your employees: not everyone works with the same style and same needs. Try and make sure the new space accommodates everyone's different requirements and gives staff versatile options in terms of where and how they work. Being flexible and providing the tools everyone needs to work efficiently is the key.
What are your plans for 2030 Net Zero and sustainability in general?
All our products are designed and manufactured with sustainability in mind. We now use 100% post-consumer recycled materials in our latest product - Hotbox 4 - and are developing ways we can increase the recycled content across our other products. We are also looking into using Environmental Product Declarations (EPD's), a reporting tool that will allow us to provide 3rd party verified transparency in our manufacturing process and supply chain.
What colours are available?
Hotbox 1 comes in six different colours: White, Yellow, Pale Blue, Brick and Pink, as well as a 100% eco-plastic version in Grey
What colours does your product come in? Can I have a custom colour?
We offer a wide range of colours on our Hotbox 1, Hotbox 2, and Hotbox 4 products to help you personalise any kind of workspace. We can also add a corporate logo to all of our products, to help you stamp that corporate identity and sense of unity even further. We don't currently offer custom colours, but if you speak to us about what you have in mind we may be able to suggest a solution.
What colours is Hotbox 4 available in?
Hotbox 4 is available in four current trend colours, Violet, Green, Blue, and White. All colours have a medium Grey base and handle with comfort grip.
What do I do if an item is out of stock?
